What you’ll do

• Ship features end-to-end, frontend, backend, everything in between.

• Think about the product itself: what we build, why, and for whom.

• Work across the portfolio, SaaS (NEXERA PXM), e-commerce, content, CRM.

• Experiment with new tooling and AI workflows. Improve how we work.

• Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical people.

What you bring

• Demonstrable experience. You’ve built things that actually work.

• Enough technical depth to make grounded decisions, you know the trade-offs.

• Not married to one stack. You pick what fits the problem.

• You adopt new tools because you understand the upside, not because they’re hip.

• Self-directed, you pick things up and course-correct.

• Affinity with modern web (Next.js, TypeScript, APIs) is a plus.
