Frequently asked questions.
How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes. We can extend with another 15 minutes for a technical deep-dive if you'd like an engineer to walk through tenancy or AI architecture.
Who runs the call?
The operator by default, the person who runs production tenants. On request, the lead engineer joins for technical questions, or a PM for brand-voice and content questions.
Will I get a sandbox after the call?
If you want one, yes, same day. No commitments, no credit card. It expires after 30 days unless you decide to keep it.
Will I be added to a marketing sequence?
No. We don't run drip campaigns. After the call we send one summary email with the things we showed. Then nothing until you reach out.
Can we sign an NDA before the call?
Sure. Send yours or use our template (mutual NDA). We sign and counter-sign before the meeting if you'd like to share anything sensitive.
